Crock Pot Cheeseburger Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed (can use more if you want extra-cheesy)
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 onion, finely chopped
    8 Pretzel rolls, split (or hamburger buns)
    Garnish
    mustard
    ketchup
    mayonnaise
    pickle
    tomatoes
    lettuce
Preparation
    Brown beef in a skillet with garlic and seasonings.
    Drain and mix with Velveeta, milk and onion in slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
    Toast buns; spoon meat mixture on bottom bun, add garnishes and top off with top bun.
