Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs beef chuck roast
    1 ounce onion soup mix
    1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce (I prefer whole berry cranberry sauce)
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Place dry onion soup mix in bottom of crock pot.
    Put roast into crock pot.
    Top roast with cranberry jelly.
    Cover, cook on low for ~8 hours.
    Remove roast to rest.
    Combine flour & butter with a small amount of gravy. Add back to crock pot & whisk until combined.
    Serve roast with gravy while hot.
