Sloppy Goat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground goat meat
    1/3 cup diced onion
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
    1 1/3 cups ketchup
    2 tablespoons mustard
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1/3 cup sugar
    8 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Brown the goat with the diced onion, salt and pepper in a saucepan over medium low heat until cooked through. **Stir constantly since meats very low in fat cook faster and burn easily**.
    Add the katsup, mustard, vinegar and sugar and stir to combine then turn the heat down to low and heat through for 5-10 minutes while stirring.
    Spoon onto Hamburger buns and enjoy.
