Breakfast Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dash ground nutmeg
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute (use 2 eggs, if you aren't concerned about raw eggs) or 1/4 cup pasteurized fat-free liquid egg product (use 2 eggs, if you aren't concerned about raw eggs)
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/2 - 2 cups milk (skim, low-fat, lactose-free,soy milk, or even rice milk)
    1 tablespoon sugar (I use 3 packets of Splenda) or 1 tablespoon equivalent artificial sweetener (I use 3 packets of Splenda)
Preparation
    Blend all until thick.
    Garnish with a second dash of ground nutmeg.
