Lower Carb Pancakes For One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
    2 tablespoons wheat germ
    2 eggs (you can use egg beaters)
    cinnamon
    vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until consistency of pancake batter.
    Pour into hot skillet and cook both sides.
    Makes about 3 small pancakes.
