Hot Mulled Apple Cider With Apples, Orange & Cinnamon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups apple cider
    1 apple (red skinned, cut in slices)
    3 sticks cinnamon
    6 cloves, whole
    1 strip orange rind, 2-3 inches
Preparation
    Cook over medium heat until steaming; reduce heat to low and simmer gently until spices have infused liquid, approx 30 minute.
    Strain into warmed mugs.
