Sweet Fennel Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup coarsely chopped fennel bulb
1/3 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon fennel seed
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender until almost smooth.
Store this one in the fridge.
