Dairy Free Blueberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rice milk
    1 cup soymilk
    1 teaspoon xanthan gum
    2/3 cup honey (or maple syrup or agave nectar)
    2 cups blueberries
Preparation
    Put one of of either milk in a blender with the xanthum gum and pulse for 1 minute.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Put in ice cream maker for 10-15 minutes.
