Couscous With Juice-Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups couscous
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup dried cherries
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup feta cheese
    1 tablespoon fresh thyme
    1 tablespoon dred chervil
    1 teaspoon saffron
Preparation
    Bring stock and juice to a boil and then add in couscous and spices Cook covered until liquid absorbs and then fluff with a fork.
    Mix in fruit, nuts and cheese and serve.
