Pork Tenderloin With Broccoli And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 a lemon, juice of
    1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1/8 teaspoon sea salt
    1 pinch stevia
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    4 -6 ounces sliced pork tenderloin
    3 cups broccoli florets
    1/2 cup grilled pineapple
Preparation
    Mix lemon juice, herbs, salt, stevia and cinnamon in a zippered bag. Add pork. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, though overnight is best.
    Grill pork over high heat turning one to two times for about 5-6 minutes total. Grill broccoli and pineapple for 30 seconds a side in a grill basket. Remove and serve with tenderloin.
    If you don't have a grill, you can broil the pork and pineapple. Heat he broiler pan first and add the pineapple just before serving.
