Tofu Crazy Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 1/3 ounces firm silken tofu
    2 tablespoons instant coffee
    3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute, powder (or powdered sugar)
Preparation
    To powder splenda, put in blender for about a minute. (or use powdered sugar).
    Combine all ingredients, with an electric mixture in a large bowl.
    Mix until smooth and fluffy.
    Place in small serving dishes.
    Chill for several hours before serving.
