Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed and drained (dry as possible)
    6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
    1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, slice thinly (julienne)
    5 ounces mayonnaise
    3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine mayo and bleu cheese.
    Add to all other ingredients and toss.
    Chill and enjoy!
