Marinade For Vegetable Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 teaspoon grated lime rind
    2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (14 1/4 ounce) can low-salt vegetable broth
Preparation
    Mix altogether and marinate vegetables for 4 hours minimum.
