Cajun Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb hot bulk pork sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix
    1 cup uncooked long grain rice
    3 cups water
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well.
    Place mixture in a lightly greased 12-x8-x 2 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0F for 1 hour or until moisture is absorbed.
