Chinese Style Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoons dry sherry
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients.
    Stir to dissolve brown sugar.
    Pour over meat in a shallow pan.
    Turn well to coat.
