Wonderful Gluten Free Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb white fish fillet
    1 cup stoneground cornmeal
    1/2 cup bobs red mills gluten free pancake mix
    1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
    1/2 cup milk
    2 cups canola oil
Preparation
    Mix all the dry ingredients together. Soak the fish fillets in the milk then dredge in the dry mix. heat canola up in deep fat fryer or frying pan, then fry fish until golden brown.
