1 cup turkey pan dripping
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tablespoon rice flour
1/2 cup almond milk
salt
pepper
Preparation

Mix approximately 1/2 cup of the pan drippings with the almond meal and whisk until smooth.
Bring other 1/2 cup of turkey pan drippings to a boil in a small saucepan, and then whisk in the almond meal mixture.
Slowly add in almond milk and whisk until desired thickness is attained.
Salt and pepper to taste.
