Warm Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups cabbage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/2 bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon celery salt
    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery till slightly soft. Add water and cabbage and steam for 5 minutes. Mix together remaining ingredients and add after you have taken it off the burner.
