Tuna Steaks With Honey Mustard Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 lemon, juice of
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons water
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    four 8-ounce tuna steak
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients except the tuna in a large shallow bowl and mix well. Add the tuna and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Preheat the grill.
    Grill the tuna for 3 to 4 minutes, turn, and grill 4 to 5 minutes longer. Be careful not to overcook the tuna; it can be slightly pink in the center.
