Porcupine Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup chow mein noodles, coarsely crushed
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon hoisin sauce or 1 tablespoon dark molasses
    1 teaspoon onion salt
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into four patties.
    Grill or boil to desired doneness.
    Serve with additional hoisin sauce or sweet chili sauce instead of ketchup.
