Persian Garlic Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 garlic cloves
1 cup olive oil (not Extra Virgin)
1 tablespoon salt
2 -3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 dash cayenne
Preparation

Chop garlic in the food processor add salt lemon juice and cayenne and mix.
Then emulsify the oil into garlic to desired consistency.
