Raisin And Almond Tea Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces margarine
    12 ounces caster sugar
    6 medium eggs (beaten)
    1 teaspoon almond essence
    6 ounces ground almonds
    8 ounces raisins
    12 ounces self raising flour
    6 tablespoons milk
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
    Add eggs a bit at a time.
    Add almond essence
    Lightly FOLD in the rest so as not to loose all that air you have beaten inches
    Put into two 2 lb loaf tins (GREASED AND LINED).
    Cook in a preheated oven 160 c /325f (middle shelf) for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
