Green Lime Shrimp - Mexico - cooking recipe

6 jumbo shrimp
1 lime, sliced
1/2 fresh chili pepper, minced
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons onions, diced
1/3 cup sour cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preparation

Clean and devein the shrimp.
Melt the butter with the onion, chile, salt and pepper over a medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook one minute.
Add the lime slices, fry for other few minutes and take them off the flame.
Add the sour cream and serve with rice.
