Bacon, Potato And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cut into 2 inch pieces
    3 ounces potatoes, diced
    1/4 small cabbage, cut into pieces
    1 cup onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook the bacon until done. Drain off the bacon grease. Add potatoes and cover skillet with a lid to cook the pototoes quicker. When potatoes are almost done, add the onion and cabbage. Add salt and pepper. Cover. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
