Potato Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 cups hot mashed potatoes (plain)
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt dash pepper
    1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
    2 beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Blend cheese with butter& potatos.
    Combine egg yolks, milk& dry ingredients.
    Add to potato mixture& stir until smooth.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in potato mixture.
    Turn into a well greased 4c.
    baking dish.
    Bake until golden brown.
