Bed & Breakfast Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    1 cup 1% low-fat milk
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
    4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
    6 tablespoons softened butter
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
    Mix together the eggs, milk and sugar; add the cheeses and butter, followed by the flour and baking powder.
    Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
    Refrigerate until needed.
    Bake at 325 for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
