Pozole Rojo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 lb pork loin or 1 lb pork shoulder, trimmed and cubed
    1 cup onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans white hominy, drained
    3 cups red chili sauce
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
    GARNISH
    1 white onion, chopped
    1 bunch radish, sliced
    2 lemons, wedged
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a 4 qt dutch oven over medium high heat.
    Add pork, cook until browned.
    Add onion, and garlic; cook until translucent.
    Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer covered 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and simmer an additional 30 minutes.
    Prepare garnish during the last 30 minutes and serve.
