Diane Style Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (400 g) can tomatoes
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup cream
    1 tablespoon brandy
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add garlic, cook one minute.
    Add undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, cream, brandy and parsley.
    Simmer for 8 minutes until sauce is thickened.
    Add beef base and simmer another 10 minutes.
    Serve.
    Goes well with pasta or mashed potaotoes or vegetables.
