Loaded Cauliflower Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
    2 slices bacon, crumbled
    1 tablespoon green onion
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan bring 4-6 cups water to a boil.
    Roughly chop the cauliflower and cook in the boiling water until tender. About ten minutes.
    Strain cauliflower and squeeze out as much water as possible. I pour the strained cauliflower onto a clean kitchen towel and twist to squeeze out any excess water.
    In a food processor, add cauliflower, butter, cream, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
    Pour cauliflower mash into casserole dish and top with cheddar and crumbled bacon. Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven about ten minutes until cheese is melted.
    Serve with green onions on top.
