Hungarian Salt Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb farmer cheese
    1 lb butter
    1 lb flour
    2 egg yolks
    caraway seed
    kosher salt
Preparation
    Mix and knead above well, roll out about 1/4 inch thick, paint top with the egg whites.
    Sprinkle with kosher salt and caraway seeds.
    Cut into 1/2 inch strips about 4-6 inches long.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until lightly brown.
    Serve as bread stick with drinks.
