Mexican 7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups lettuce, chopped
    1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup green onion, chopped
    4 1/2 ounces sliced ripe olives, drained
    15 1/2 ounces dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 cup salsa ranch dressing or 1 cup salsa, garden dressing
    1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
Preparation
    Layer lettuce, tomato, onions, olives, beans, cheese, and dressing in a 3-quart bowl.
    Refrigerate.
    Top with crushed tortilla chips and toss lightly just before serving.
