4 egg whites
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine egg whites with 1/4 cup salsa. Mix well and microwave for 45 seconds.
Add wheat bran to egg mixture. Microwave another 30 seconds or until eggs are almost set in the middle.
Add remaining salsa and sprinkle cheese liberally on top. Microwave once more, for around 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
