Middle Eastern Arugula Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch arugula, washed and dried
    2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 plum tomato, sliced
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    3/4 teaspoon honey
    1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon sumac
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Arrange leaves on a large plate and layer with onions, mushrooms and tomato.
    Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, sumac and salt and pepper until well-blended.
    Drizzle dressing over salad platter.
