Brown Sugar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup light brown sugar, packed
    1 large egg
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, room temperature
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in medium sized bowl.
    In separate bowl beat egg, milk, and butter. Add all at once to flour mixture; beat to mix well.
    Spoon into 12 greased 2 1/2\" muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0F oven about 20 minutes or until browned.
