Pear Yogurt Shake Anytime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) can pears with juice, almost frozen
    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 banana, frozen
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 dash ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until smooth.
    Pour into chilled tall glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg & enjoy!
