Chicken Gyoza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground chicken
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon sake
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    36 wonton wrappers
Preparation
    1. Combine all ingredients. Pipe 1 tablespoon filling onto each won ton wrap.
    2. In batches of 12, lightly pan-fry, add 1/2 cup water and a tablespoon of sesame oil.
    3. Steam for 6 minutes.
    4. Uncover, and let water steam off.
