Milk Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips
    6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine, softened
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
