Ingredients

5 bananas, chopped finely
1 1/4 cups semolina
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups clarified butter (ghee)
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons raisins, soaked in water for 2 hours
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Preparation

Roast semolina in the ghee till aromatic.
Heat milk and lower the flame.
Add roasted rava, chopped bananas, sugar and blend well.
Add raisins and cardamom powder.
Heat through and serve hot.
It can also be chilled and served.
