E. Guittard Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ounces e. guittard 72% cacao bittersweet chocolate, chopped
6 ounces e. guittard 38% cacao milk chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup brandy
Preparation

Melt all ingredients in a double broiler.
Serve with pretzels, cake, fruit or whatever else you like.
