Lemon Velvet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    1 dash garlic powder
    1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken tenders or 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, strips
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon capers
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 cup alfredo sauce
Preparation
    For the chicken: Preheat large saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place flour, seasoned salt and a dash of garlic powder in zip-top bag. Add chicken; seal tightly and shake to coat.
    Place olive oil and butter in pan; swirl to coat. Place chicken in pan and cook 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally or until chicken begins to brown.
    Stir in capers. Pour lemon juice over chicken. Stir in Alfredo sauce and reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 6-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
