Low Sugar Coconut-Almond Pie Crust Or Cheesecake Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup almond meal
    2/3 cup dry coconut powder
    1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix vanilla and butter together in a large bowl.
    Add other ingredients and mix until all the crumbs are moistened.
    Press into a pie plate and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and allow to cool.
    Use as you would a graham cracker crust.
