Gingerbread House Cement - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
2 teaspoons water
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat together the egg whites, water and cream of tartar until foamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Use at once.
