Sniffle Buster Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon fennel seed
1 tablespoon rose hips (organic)
1 tablespoon sage leaf
1 tablespoon thyme leaves
For Each Cup
2 -3 slices fresh ginger (thin)
1 slice orange (thin)
honey or lemon, if desired
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, using one tsp of combined herb mixture for each cup of tea.
Pour boiling water over herbs, ginger and orange slice.
Steep 10-15 minutes, strain and serve hot with honey or lemon, if desired.
