Supreme Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (30 ounce) bags frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
    1 (10 2/3 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    1 (10 2/3 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
    1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
    1 medium diced onion
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients reserving 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Pour into baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
