No Milk Milkshake! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups water
    1 banana
    2 tablespoons honey
    10 almonds
    ice (optional)
Preparation
    Put banana, honey and almonds in blender.
    Blend till banana is mushed and almonds are ground.
    Add water (and ice).
    Blend for about 1 minute.
    Pour into 2 glasses.
    Enjoy.
