Thai Lychee Soda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup lychee fruit
    1/2 cup red syrup (grenadine)
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/2 lime, juice of
    club soda
    mint (to garnish)
Preparation
    Puree the lychee fruit and water until a smooth consistency is reached.
    Strain the mixture into a pitcher, and discard the pulp.
    add lime juice and red syrup and stir well.
    pour into glasses filled with ice cubes until 3/4 full.
    top the rest off with club soda.
    Garnish with mint and serve.
