Cauliflower With Scallions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cauliflower florets
    2 teaspoons butter
    3 scallions, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook cauliflower until tender, 3-5 minutes. Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
    In a small skillet, melt butter over medium low heat. Add scallions and cook 2 minutes.
    Pour over cauliflower and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
