Arab Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb mushroom, sliced
    DRESSING
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon mustard
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    SALAD
    2 cups Baby Spinach, chopped
    2 cups lettuce, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the dressing ingredients together; cider vinegar, mustard, oil, salt and pepper.
    Add the sliced mushrooms.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Plate baby spinch and lettuce on 4 plates.
    Top with mushrooms.
