Crock Pot Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 cups skim milk powder
1 cup icing sugar
10 cups water
3/4 cup cocoa

Preparation

Combine ingredients in crock pot; stir.
Let cook 3 hours on low setting.
