Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups quaker oat bran hot cereal, uncooked
    1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup skim milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup molasses
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    Optional Additions
    1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (optional) or 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425*.
    Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray bottoms only with no stick cooking spray.
    Combine the dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add combined milk, eggs, honey and oil; mix just until moistened.* Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield: 12 muffins.
